I’m a true romantic. I love flowers and music and poetry and…well, love. I try infuse my day with as much beauty and pleasure as I possibly can, which means that I generally obsess over details. At work, I eat my lunch with real cutlery, not plastic; I light a candle and put on music when I go into my kitchen to cook dinner; I end each day with a cup of my favorite lavender and chamomile tea; I make sure to keep fresh flowers in the house at all times and I wear perfume every single day.
Because I love perfume so much, I’m always on the lookout for new scents and when I recently came across this one, it was absolutely love at first sniff!
Chloe’s “Love Story” is a clean and fresh, floral scent with notes of orange blossom and neroli. It’s feminine and sophisticated, and subtle enough for those who, like me, are sensitive to strong perfumes.
I also love the bottle design, which is modeled after the padlocks that lovers affix to the Pont des Arts bridge in Paris (trés romantique!!). Here is Chloe’s advertisement for the perfume, which is as gorgeous as the scent itself. There’s just all kinds of loveliness going on here…
Enjoy, mes beautes,
